Colorado River
Middle of the bridge over the Colorado, right by the geocache
After driving up the canyon more we began to tour Arches National Park for several hours.
It was beautiful weather, 71 degrees, overcast and great for light hiking and sight seeing.

Delicate Arch
But we did spend much of the time in the car.
a real road trip
Amazing Landscape
When we left Arches, a little after noon, we began to drive up to Salt Lake. We encountered some rain and some construction, but the drive was relatively painless and we arrived at Paul’s families home just in time for dinner. We all spent the evening enjoying the family and the boys especially had a great time with their cousins, Aunts, Uncles and Grandparents.
We are so glad to be here now and look forward to playing with everyone until we go home.

Glad you made it safely! (and that you survived the really boring/long/relatively ugly stretch of grey landscape between Moab and Price! I always dread that portion of the drive!)
